Primary Care Services
Fee-per-visit Primary Care is a payment model in which patients pay for each individual service they receive, rather than paying a flat rate or per visit under an insurance plan. Under this model, patients have the flexibility to choose the services they need without being tied to an insurance provider’s guidelines.
1. Office Visits: Consultation with a primary care provider for routine check-ups, evaluations, or follow-up appointments. This includes discussions about health concerns, preventive care strategies, and ongoing management of chronic conditions and medication refills (narcotics not included).
2. Physical Examinations: Comprehensive physical exams to assess overall health, screen for common diseases, and evaluate specific health issues. This may also include preventive screenings based on age, gender, and medical history.
Diagnostic Testing: Patients may use insurance to get blood work if needed.

Emotional Support Animal Letters
ESA Letters are crucial for Pennsylvania residents who rely on emotional support animals (ESAs) to manage mental or emotional health challenges. An ESA letter, written by a licensed healthcare professional, is official documentation confirming the need for an emotional support animal as part of a treatment plan. These letters enable residents to access the legal protections outlined in Pennsylvania emotional support animal laws, such as those under the federal Fair Housing Act, which ensures individuals can live with their ESAs even in housing with strict “no-pet” policies. Unlike emotional support animal registration in Pennsylvania, which is not legally required, an ESA letter is the only valid document that guarantees these rights.
ESA letters do not need to be issued exclusively by a licensed professional within Pennsylvania. However, they must be written by a licensed healthcare professional authorized to provide services to residents of Pennsylvania, such as a licensed mental health professional, physician, or registered nurse. By obtaining an ESA letter, Pennsylvania residents secure reasonable accommodations without facing additional fees or restrictions, ensuring their ESA continues to provide therapeutic benefits. The letter also clarifies the distinction between emotional support animals and pets, helping individuals navigate housing or travel-related concerns with greater ease and compliance.
